They told me that a drink was discontinued by Starbucks because they didn’t want to make it. I know because I later went to a different Starbucks and had that drink. The cold brew I did get from here was the opposite of cold. Just a poor and lazy experience.

Second time I go to this Starbucks it’s one lady that is by herself and told me she’s not taking orders because she has to use the restroom. The first time she wasn’t taking orders until she got caught up on her to go orders. They need to hire another person then. I won’t go back to this Harris teeter again because I specifically go to grocery shop and get my coffee in one visit.

Ive tried 3 times to get a drink here and unlucky for me I have had the same person working all 3 times. Today I walk up to get a drink and have to address her, she looks at me and continues talking to her employees. I say "how are you doing" again and she says "fine, what do you need?". I order my drink and go to hand her an obvious gift card and with zero eye contact and all attitude, she points at the card reader. I run the card, it asks for a pin and I say "uhhhm its asking for a pin" and she replies "yup". I say "its a gift card" and she annoyingly hits cancel on the card reader and says "you post to tell me its a gift card". Stunned by her attitude, I just cancelled my order in which she seemed be happy about as if I was annoying her and her staff to have to work. This is the third time I have had terrible customer service from this manager. I have ran my company for over 20 years and there is no way I would even higher her, let alone allow her to be a manager. Hiring and promoting should be based on job experience and ability to perform the job well and nothing more. Clearly this is not the case in this situation.

Guy at the drive thru needs to watch his attitude. Tried ordering a drink and he put it under a different order and then continued to repeat it doesn’t come in any other way (this has been my same drink for 3 years). Just drove off instead of dealing with him.

The two times i ordered a flat white here, they were both very watered and barely tasted like coffee, a $6 disappointment.

Ordered two PSL on app. Paid. Went inside to pick up. Waited forever to be acknowledged. When greeted I said I ordered online. They directed me to the pick up area that I was supposed to know about. I didn't see the sign. Asked for change for a 10$ to leave a tip. I was asked if I wanted 2 fives . Very presumptuous. I said no 1-5 and 5 ones please. I left 3$ . Then my coffees were wrong and cold?.
Took forever for the barista to realize I was there. Ordered a matcha latte with 2 pumps chai, and it is the color of dirt and tasted like coffee (not even espresso like a dirty chai, if I had ordered that) with matcha powder and a splash of milk. Gross and bad attitudes

I ordered an iced Matcha Green Tea latte. The drink tasted good, but it was almost two thirds ice and the rest was foam with hardly any actual liquid. I definitely felt cheated and won’t be going back to this particular Starbucks again.

The staff are ALL super friendly and welcoming.But this particular location 95% of the time never have almond milk, oat milk (more like 99% of the time) and don’t even have the seasonal items DURING the season- like Pumpkin Lattes in Oct/Nov. It’s weird. They are almost always out. I even tried adding Honey Syrup to my drink once and they said all they had was Cane sugar :/
