The staff are ALL super friendly and welcoming.But this particular location 95% of the time never have almond milk, oat milk (more like 99% of the time) and don’t even have the seasonal items DURING the season- like Pumpkin Lattes in Oct/Nov. It’s weird. They are almost always out. I even tried adding Honey Syrup to my drink once and they said all they had was Cane sugar :/
The barista with the sleeve tattoo was amazing. I did not catch her name but I would come back to this Starbucks just to see her! Keep people and promote people like her! Also the drink they made was great! So win win! I got the créeme brûlée latte

Ordered two PSL on app. Paid. Went inside to pick up. Waited forever to be acknowledged. When greeted I said I ordered online. They directed me to the pick up area that I was supposed to know about. I didn't see the sign. Asked for change for a 10$ to leave a tip. I was asked if I wanted 2 fives . Very presumptuous. I said no 1-5 and 5 ones please. I left 3$ . Then my coffees were wrong and cold?.
