if i could give this starbucks zero stars, i would. I walked into target around 7:45 thinking they were open until 8:00 (because that’s what it states online) but noticed the lights were off and it looked like they were taking out trash (i was going to order a cake pop which doesn't require an oven or any of the machines, so as a barista myself, i was being conscious of this and how close it was to close). i asked if they were already closed, to which i was met with a response of "yes, were closed." from one barista and the other one yelling something to the effect of "yes were closed cant you see the lights are off? lights are off, nobodies home." Which as someone who has worked in the service industry a very long time, found that to be incredibly rude and uncalled for behaviour. i understand its the end of the night and you want to go home but that is very disrespectful - ESPECIALLY to someone who very politely asked you one simple question.

I came 5 pm on a saturday 10/21 there was a paper sign saying they’re out of teas and coffee. The person on register was on the phone while taking my order I couldn’t even place because apparently a starbucks can be out of teas and coffee so what was the point of being open?

A cute starbucks with a nice patio but the customer service is here is horrible. I live in the area so I stopped by this location 3 different times now and each time I was greeted with employees that seemed bothered by the fact I was there. I also work in customer service so I hate to criticize, but you'd think paying $8 for a coffee you could at least not feel like a bother while ordering.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks on this planet. It takes 45 minutes every single time to get through the drive thru. They've closed the inside so you can't park, go in and order. And once you get to the point in the drive through where you can order you have have to wait for 5-10 minutes to even speak to someone. Unless you like spending almost an hour in your car for a coffee, go somewhere else.

this location is very hit or miss. sometimes i come and i'm in an out quickly. other times i'm sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. just the other day the line was at a stand still for nearly 15 minutes and didn't move an inch. the inside is also closed at random times. it makes morning planning difficult because i never know if i'll be there for 5 min or 45 min. i am currently in the drive through and have been for 30 min and still haven't even ordered yet. i understand it's the holidays but this seems crazy.

Usually one of my go-to Starbucks, cold brew and espresso does not taste burnt. This morning they forgot an egg in my double smoked bacon, cheddar, and EGG sandwich. Really threw my morning off and will have to go somewhere else for more food.

Always my go-to Starbucks as it is in close proximity to my job. It's a really busy Starbucks so I would recommend ordering ahead if possible.

Guy that took the order was nice. But my drink that I get twice a day at different locations was not correct. Usually can taste the espresso and see the color differences every day. First photo is what I got from here, others are what I get ordering the same thing at other locations.

I actually love Starbucks I'm usually a everyday Starbucks type of person but it seems there's always issues at this location. They're always randomly closed or closed early. It's really annoying because it happens pretty often and obviously it's not updated on their hours. I'll drive to the location and it's closed inside. I try to call beforehand but sometimes they don't answer.
Great Starbucks! They have wonderful customer service! The drive thru line was pretty long when I went. They got my order perfect and the cold foam was delicious

Apparently you can't redeem your points over here. I swear I did it before with no problem then all of sudden you can't. I even told the guy before I order I was gonna redeem my stars. Then after he said oh no we can't do it here. Like why say it after I done place my order. Never going back to this location.

ordered a bacon egg and gouda sandwich and yall didn't even put the bacon on it... also they don't accept rewards here so don't even try to use any. definitely not ordering from here again

Went to the one on mallard creek Friday afternoon first time I seen any Starbucks empty now I know why absolutely disgusted I ordered a strawberry frappachino and got whip cream with syrup don’t think they were out of product or barista just didn’t know how to make it or lazy I want my $4.80 backs ! Horrible
