100000 Stars! Drew Titus was the start to my morning at this Starbucks location. Excellent customer service and made a phenomenal drink for myself and friend. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service, quality and attitude this Starbucks has.

Ok, so parking isn't the easiest but service has always been top-notch. It's also rare that they are out of a food item when placing your daily craving order. They have a few areas for seating: a leather hair area, an oddly long table for laptop users with plug access, and small bistro tables with chairs and wall long booth seat. Shew, now that is done... the coffee is always made with love. I can honestly say I've never had to have them remake a drink and they are always very quick. I do use the mobile app to order ahead sometimes, and that is very speedy and ready when I arrive. Most recently, I took my kids grocery shopping and needed the energy boost to make it through the trip so we stopped in for a quick snack and coffee. The kids loved their cake pop while we enjoyed our coffee. They didn't turn is away despite they were closing in 15 mins of our arrival. Amazing work ethic and always super clean!!

Never again will I visit this Starbucks they are so racist and it's employees are rude obnoxious one of the mangers got real rude with me on my latte if this is a representation of what Charlotte Hospitality is I want no parts in it !!!!! I'm going too another Starbucks where the vibes are better ??
Jaelynne was my barista and her co-worker Mars has done a phenomenal job going above and beyond. The manager should be told of this review I was told the name is Stacey! Service was quick, friendly. Great music in the background. Clean restaurant including bathroom. Jaelynne made my whole week!

I arrived a little before closing and you could definitely tell the ladies were ready to go. My frappe was terrible! not enough ice was used to blend the drink It was so watery. So I politely asked if she could re-blend the beverage because i ordered a frappe and not an iced coffee. She didn’t offer to remake it and that was okay but when she handed back the re-blended coffee I also received a slight attitude and my drink even more watered down than before. I didn’t wanna be a bother so I didn’t say anything just took the drink and left. Don’t think I’ll be returning to that location

This is a real Starbucks right on the street! Not one tucked away in a corporate office building. It's directly across the street from the Nascar Hall of Fame and diagonal from the Charlotte Convention Center at the corner of S. Brevard and E. Brooklyn Village.Friendly staff, interior is clean and spacious. The two unisex bathrooms on the right side of the register are super clean and no passcode needed as of this review. I Shazamed a song while waiting for my order. The sausage egg muffin thingy was hot and delicious. They have oat milk which is my favorite. Lots of local neighborhood people getting their fix. Would definitely come again when I m back in Uptown (aka downtown).

Their prices have gone up too much for what they're offering! Plus, you always have to smell the homeless couple that sits there every day for hours. You also have employees taking off their hats and flipping their hair, and then going right back to fixing drinks. This location is terrible. Always homeless outside begging and trash in front of the store.
