This location is always hit or miss usually a miss. They use wayyyyy too much oatmilk. The last time I went I had to argue with the barista just to get another shot added. Today I get a shaken espresso that was almost completely white! I will just make the drive to the other Starbucks.

Parking: This would've been my 1st visit but it didn't happen because they left me sitting at the drive-thru so after getting tired of waiting I go inside I wasn't greeted with welcome to Starbucks or acknowledgeed it was like I didn't even come in the door I only gave one because it wasn't a spacespace for 0 poor customer

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks daily and Dani behind the counter is either on FaceTime while trying to hide her AirPod, has her phone in her hands texting while in the way of her coworkers trying to make drinks. Just got a tea and she didn’t even pull the tags out of the tea packs to hang on the outside she just left them in the cup and poured hot water on it. I don’t think she comes to work to actually work which is sad because the rest of the staff is actually trying.

Horrible service is super slow at the drive-thru. It's called a DRIVE THRU for a reason. Not have to wait over 30mins just to get a hazelnut latte. I would never recommend this location. Ppl who work here are super slow and work slower than a sloth.

They had NO food options because they had no wax paper. Customer service was below the level I'm use to at this Starbucks. Then he asked what else can I get for you? Gave my order asked if they had that but wanna play that his system died. Not helping him get paid for bad service. Just left too many coffee shops.

The one on sunset is great, nice staff friendly make’s suggestions as to what you may want to try. Staff is so enthusiastic in the early morning. Food is hot and taste great.
