Can only order from the kiosk. Staff is useless and only one kiosk is working but all the staff tells you is you can only order from their kiosk. I watched your kiosk costume five customers today. I’m sure it has and will cost you many more. If Covid killed anything it is the food service industry.

Ordered food for delivery, half of the food was wrong the other half wasn't in the bag so I had to go to the store and they gave my food to the wrong person. The food was cold and tasted terrible.

UPDATE: 02/13/2024There is nothing more that sets your expectations as to the first rude greeting at the ordering position in the drive thru. The sound of total disgust when you ask a question or confirmation. Then you get to the window and she hands you a drink you did not order. You say....I'm sorry, that is not mine. She looks at you like it is your fault and says nothing. Then as you wait you get to watch her dig at her hair and pick at the bumps on her hairline. Then just as you think it can't get any worse, he rubs on the back of her ear, picking and adjusting the backs of her multiple earrings......this person is just about to handle your food, debit card and napkins.......can you say VOMIT!!!! ? She hands you the bag....you know you need to check it and the correct sauce is NOT in the bag.....so now you have to have her use the same picking fingers to touch you while she hands you the sauce you requested initially. I wonder if she wasn't so busy laughing it up with a coworker as the line is wrapped around the building if this whole debacle might have been any better.......sad thing is...it is just about the SAME anywhere you go.....SMH??‍♂️Initial Review Upon OpeningRiverbendNice. Went to order at this location and was told that I had to place my order at the kiosk, I asked why they couldn’t take my order at the front where they’re SUPPOSED to take orders at and her response was “we just don’t take orders here”. That was the most unprofessional service I have EVER had in my life. I will NEVER be back at this location

I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell locations. I have a very specific order and most locations are receptive to that. Sometimes I have to ask them to add more cheese, and I never have an issue. This location wanted to be stingy with the cheese today, even though I paid for extra cheese. I got a nearly $10 menu item and they want to haggle instead of just taking care of the customer.\\n\\nMessage to management: some of your customers have dietary restrictions. Be more receptive.
