Solid 4! Ordered charcuterie, bread, and short rib pasta with a bottle of wine. Everything was pretty good, but not my favorite ever. Service was quick/efficient!

Great food. Nice place. Burrata and Octopus was amazing starters. Salmon was right on medium. Potato's and cauliflower as contorni was also amazing.
Jimmy's is great! We will definitely be back. I really appreciate the food and the service!

Probably sadly won’t be returning. :( portions have gotten so small, used to be much bigger and better quality. Our service was incredibly slow. For the price you will pay, there is much better locally.

First time guests last night. Saw the recent negative reviews but decided to make my own assessment.Turns out they’re accurate.Service was sub-par. None of the staff looked like they even wanted to be there. Our server for some reason seemed irritated at what all of us ordered…why? LolThe meatballs looked and tasted like they were frozen from a bag. The sauce was alright though.Bread and “great olive oil” was far from great.The Caesar was dry, and had 1 little anchovy on it. Pizza was ok.The cacio e Pepe was wayyyyy undercooked and the cheese clumped (cheap ingredients)And all of it was definitely overpriced for the quality.However, the octopus was probably some of the best I’ve had in awhile.I like the open kitchen but I still wouldn’t go back.

Food was yum, wine was but ambiance inside at both 75% & 50% full was really loud - so conversation was tough. Will probably go back solely to try the outside dinner space.

I absolutely love this restaurant!!!! I have two critical suggestions based on my experience and my friends agree. Just to think about. The pancetta bits taste like pieces of rubber The salad with the fried chicken has an almost un-eatable batter and is burned black and has no taste. Other than that- the food is definitely delicious!!!!!!!

I don’t recommend The Jimmy. The $25 personal pizza was way overpriced. The $26 pasta with mushrooms reminded me of a bag pasta from Costco. No taste and I was happy that the portion was microscopic. Wait the dessert was the worst of any I was served in any restaurant ever. Don’t ever order the tiramisu crème puffs. 4 small balls on a powdery plate ($14). What a waste. I would give The Jimmy a zero out of 5. Sorry to say. Eric

Service was great, food was ok, ambiance was eh. Made a reservation and still had to sit outside or we'd have to wait. Used to love their chopped salad and it was so disappointing this time, $20 for a small bowl of garden salad? A year ago I loved this place- not sure if they are cutting costs or hired a new chef but everything is different. Would recommend going elsewhere in charlotte. There are so many other spots!

Three of us made reservations this morning for brunch and we loved the Jimmy! We sat inside and it was such a cute spot for a gals brunch because of the decor and lighting. Two of us ordered beverages, the brunch flight was displayed nicely and tasted delicious as well as the Santorini sangria. Although the beignets were tempting, we did not order any appetizers. Instead, we all ordered brunch entrees. I had the avocado tartine and the other two had the prosciutto panini. All were played so nicely and made with super fresh ingredients. We all loved our experience and look forward to trying out their dinner menu next time!
