An overall solid pub/bar food spot.We went on a fairly busy Saturday night, but were able to get a seat outside quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive. The prices aren't bad for the quality of food that you're getting.The biggest attraction is the location to the light rail and nearby shops. I found the food here mediocre, everything was pretty bland. The cocktails were pretty good though, and the night we visited they had $4 pints, which for Southend is a complete steal. I’d visit again for drinks but would skip the food next time.

The food is... not the best. It's serviceable. The customer service was great. Truly nice people working there. The atmosphere is cool. It's kind of your normal southend affair. If they can just rework the menu they'll gave something but the food really needs work for the prices they're charging.The wings a great. The burger hoagie is pretty decent.
