ordered online for curbside. clicked the button in the email that i was here for pickup. after 20mins waiting, i call them to let them know im waiting....the woman thats answers the phone asked if i was here and just hangs up the phone. i walk in very upset, the manager asks if he could help me. i stated that i was just hung up on. the woman that answered, said that she told me she was on the way...which is NOT true. I ordered my pizza at 11:23am. It is now 2:53pm and no pizza. I called the store several times in between this time and no one picked up when I dialed the option to inquire about an online order. Someone picked up when dialed the option for a new order, but when I told the person my situation they just put me back on hold. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Why is this Pizza Hut still open???? Never have staff or delivery drivers...... they suck at making pizzas...... just demolish that Pizza Hut..... They doing a disservice to that community area..... people waiting 3hrs for a pizza with no cheese and minimal toppings.... The ambiance???? There isn't any....
