“I have to give credit where credit is due. I had not been to Hardee’s in years because, honestly, I had been completely turned off by the service I had experienced in the past at other locations. Because of that, Hardee’s was not a place I really considered stopping at anymore. However, this particular Hardee’s in Clayton off Springbrook Avenue has completely changed my opinion. I have eaten lunch here three days within the last week, and each visit has been a great experience. The food has been fresh, hot, and exactly what you would hope for when stopping in for a quick meal. Everything I ordered was prepared well, and the service was consistently friendly and efficient. What really stood out to me the most was the staff. This location has some excellent employees who seem to actually care about the customers and the way the restaurant is run. That makes a huge difference. You can tell when a place has a good team, and this Hardee’s definitely does. I also want to mention the manager, who has an awesome personality and really seems to set the tone for the whole restaurant. A great manager makes all the difference, and it shows here. The employees were pleasant, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the overall experience was much better than what I remembered from Hardee’s years ago. It is not often that a fast-food restaurant makes you want to come back several times in one week, but this location did exactly that. I was very impressed with the customer service, the food quality, and the overall attitude of the team. This Hardee’s has definitely earned my business again, and I will gladly continue stopping by when I am in the area. Great job to the manager and employees at the Clayton Springbrook Avenue Hardee’s.
