“If you want down-home country cooking, especially for breakfast but also for lunch, then look no further than the Moose Cafe. They have two different locations (one in Asheville) and both are a must visit. If you love breakfast, don't worry, because it's served all day....and they even have an all you can eat option.As for the menu items for breakfast, you can't go wrong with their many breakfast. Platters, omelets, ? pancakes (Moose Cakes) and french toast, and sides. I loved their ? eggs, ? sausage and bacon, hash brown casserole, white pepper, gravy, and fresh ?? fruit. One of the many perks of being located at a farmers market.This location does take reservations and has ample indoor and outdoor seating, ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, seating, and ? restrooms, along with a friendly staff.“

“The food was amazing. Jefferey provided outstanding service. The only drawback was that we were seated at a small table in a pretty empty space. We like to sit next to each other when dining and it was our anniversary (I shared that when making the reservation), and the table we were assigned had no romantic element at all. Despite the slight disappointment, we enjoyed our anniversary dinner.“

“We had been in town furniture shopping and were looking for an early dinner before we headed home. Southern Roots was amazing. The atmosphere and ambience was great kind of a chic beach theme going. Our server was great she was very attentive and helpful. When my wife was having trouble choosing between 2 wines she brought her samples of each to help.My wife had a glass of wine and I had a spiced Manhattan that was on their drink specials. The Manhattan was great best one I had had in a long time. Bartender was nice enough to show me what she used so I could replicate at home.We had a rosemary half loaf for an appetizer and it was very good not overpowering but the bread and the rosemary butter complimented each other.We stuck with sandwiches we had a steak and cheese wrap and the billy bob sandwich. Fries for one side and cole slaw for the other. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Fries were solid and the Cole slow was a mayo base and alot of liquid which we like. The billy bob has a Fried green tomato, gouda pimento cheese and bacon. It was really good. If I came back I would have a burger with the Gouda Pimento cheese because I loved that and think it would compliment it well.Loved the visit and dinner and will definitely be back when we are in the area. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked great and we now have a number of other items we are looking forward to trying.“

“The hostess and wait staff were so accommodating and really went out of their way to get us seated even though we didn’t have reservations during a very busy time with furniture market. The cocktails were delicious and the food was also great! Highly recommend the magnolia dip. Will be back!“

“I had a wonderful time with my friends as we enjoyed the food, entertainment, and the audience. The food was surprisingly good! While I know they try to get as many people in as possible, I felt “squashed in” as I sat next to a wall. It was hard for me to stand where it was time to go.“

“We frequent this location and it is always excellent!! The food is always fresh and hot and there is something for everyone. Even when it is very crowded, the service is fast and our orders are correct. Chuck, who works at this location, always treats us so well. He takes time to walk around and make sure everyone is happy with their food. The restaurant is also very clean. We definitely recommend!“

“This location is nicely situated in the Palladium area. Ample parking and plenty seating indoors. I love the dining area as you walk in. Because it is my first visiting, I just immediately walked through the dining area straight to the counter. There is a walk around path to the left to avoid doing this. I didn't notice it until later (whoops). I noticed they have pictures of local attractions on the wall. That is such a nice personal touch. The menu is not overpowering and the cashier was so polite in taking my order. She walked me through the menu and even offered me a sample! Absolutely the best customer service. I would return to this location just for that. I picked the Olivia's Old South chicken salad. It was delicious. The drink cups are nice size and they have plenty of fresh drink options at the drink station. The croissant was so fluffy and buttery. I just wish they would give you a larger portion of the chicken salad in the sandwich. The tomato and lettuce looked and tasted as if it was personally handpicked for perfection. I think next time I will pick an extra scoop of chicken salad. The meal came with the sandwich and a side. I chose the pasta salad. Yum! It was seasoned well and great texture. A pickle and a cookie were complimentary with the meal. I didn't wait long for my food to arrive and when I finished, I dropped my plate at the trash area to the right of the door. Can't wait to go back! I'm definitely adding this to my frequently visited places.“

“My family was so happy with Maryam P’s service. Maryam was the only server for our table and always patient, energetic showing positive energy with a smile while answering several questions from our party. We never had to wait too long for anything because her speed was timely whenever we needed anything. Also, the food was amazing! We noticed the Manager walked by each of the guests table reassuring that we were all pleased with our meal and service. We appreciate the friendliness and hard work that you guys show to make us feel at home and welcomed from the moment we walk through the door.
