Waited 30 minutes for a milk shake. Manager comes out with an attitude!! My food is cold, no shake and attitude. Got a FULL refund including my tip and NEVER going back again!!! Sad last year my review was different but this year trash staff equals trash service and I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else

Great burger but owner needs to rework the front operation from the ground up. Slow service, slow people, and a system that clearly wouldn't work even with good employees.

Everything was excellent from beginning to end! Customer service was superb. The atmosphere was warm and inviting... including the great music. The food was goooood.I opted for the plant patty with onion straws, sweet potato tots, and a strawberry shake. The comeback sauce and dijonaise sauces were delicious compliments to the sides. The veggie burger on the brioche bun was AMAAZZING! The consistency rivaled a beef patty. It was packed with flavor and held together really well. Overall, it was very filling. By the time I drank my shake, it had melted but the flavor was still delicious. I had to toss the thick straw and use a regular drinking straw but it was worth every sip. My family had the double ace burgers and both give a thumbs up.

Trash! You can get a better burger from across the street at Burger King! The cashier doesn’t speak at all unless he is hearing impaired however he was able to understand what we ordered. Do NOT waste $30 for 2 burgers at this location!

Ace No. 3 has been on my to-try list for some time. Finally made it. Let’s get right to it.First of all, I had the privilege of meeting Alyssa, the district manager. I get the feeling she loves her job. She is featured in one of my videos describing the loyalty program. Something you definitely need to sign up for. I love how fast free stuff adds up in loyalties.We tried the fried bologna sandwich which they told me should be available through the end of March but it’s been such a hit it may stay on the menu a bit longer; however, don’t miss out go now, you still have like 10 days to get here and try it! It’s deliciousness!Also tried the Ace double cheeseburger with the comeback sauce, a side of fries, onion straws, and sweet potato tots. Man, this burger lives up to the hype!We also made sure to order two shakes, one chocolate and the other vanilla as well as a few waters to go for the ride home. Gotta stay hydrated!Ace No. 3 is a must, I think they should sell bottles of the sauces because they are that good!I am telling you…..I began to dip my fries in the garlic aïoli as well as the comeback sauce & it became an addictive situation.There is a reason why the comeback sauce is famous!I “highly” recommend Ace No.3!XOJosephine
