Incompetent kids, led by incompetent managers. Place is gross. Customer service is non existent. Good news is there's a new Popeyes opening up across the street. Do yourself and your family a favor and go else where.

Fried chicken for lunch today. With a long queue of cars at the drivethrough, I opted to go inside even though the dining room remains closed for COVID. A nice young lady took my order and then filled my order. They were unfortunately out of wings but she replaced that with a second breast. Yay, more chicken for me! Tasty, fresh, hot and crispy. They did have cole slaw and I skipped the biscuit. But if you're not on a keto diet, I'd recommend it. They're yummy! Quick service going inside because the person I would have been behind still had three cars in front of him to place his order! [Review 14397 overall, 1722 of 2020, number 2722 in North Carolina.]

This Bojangles was slow, and they got my order wrong they gave me a country ham biscuit instead of a Cajun filet biscuit. Not only was the biscuit wrong but the piece of ham was hard as a rock. They also forgot my sauce. Bojangles used to be my go to in Greenville, NC but the ones in Charlotte and the surrounding areas just aren't as good.

They keep forgetting our biscuits! And my husband asked then 3 times to make sure of the biscuits! So when he gets home, guess what, no biscuits! They have done this over and over! Terrible business!!!!

This bojangles is one of the worst. Every time I go they never have chicken. Today I pull up to the drive thru and proceed to give my order. Everything I asked for they didn't have and said they only had enough chicken for small meals. I asked when they would be making more and was told they weren't. I thought maybe they were about to close so asked "what time do you close" the response I got was in 2 hours so they are basically going to stay open for 2hrs with no chicken. They were just as bad as Popeyes and everyone knows they never have food.

Boys craving Bojangles so off I went for the big Bo box. 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, biscuits, and tea. To my surprise it was $31. While they enjoyed their dinner I was a bit surprised by the cost. Nevertheless the food was fresh at this location. The staff are a more efficient and a bit nicer than at other locations. I will go to this location from now on.
I ordered a simple piece chicken tender combo with mac'n cheese. I had to drive up and wait for 15min for them to bring out my order, and when I got home i realized they didn't give me a biscuit...or a straw or fork, which i wasn't too upset about, but like damn...I paid for a whole combo, which includes a biscuit. These guys are the best! I get biscuits for work a few times out of the year. I call place my order the day before and they have everything ready when I come in to pick them up! Way to go TEAM!
