Terrible franchise location. Waited very long for service even when no other customers were inside. Not very inviting to me as a paying customer or attentive. Although when the friends showed up and everyone went back to the kitchen oh boy, the party got started ?! ?You would have thought there were 20 people back there with all the laughing and obnoxious noise! It was difficult for my supervisor to even finish our business discussion, despite the nice little chairs and tables...read full review

They got it right the first time and that says a lot for dunkin right now bc to many are becoming a no place to go zone. Not everyone just wants none dairy so of us are actually really allergic so it's in our best interest to make sure we don't get dairy bc a employee just doesn't do it. Here we didn't have that problem.
