Went for a quick lunch, got up and I thought she was asking for a name for my order, took 5 minutes to take an order of a panini, Grilled cheese tomato soup [which was implied to me to be a grilled cheese and soup] and a mountain dew. It took about 10 to 15 minutes for our food to be made [while being the only one in line for a few minutes]. After paying they ushered us out of the line before asking if we wanted a reciept. After getting our food I was confused that I didn't get my sandwich, and annoyed that I didn't get a drink. I went back and they gave me a drink after a second associate asked what the issue was and they gave me a warm mountain dew, which while better than no drink was a bit disheartening. It took us less time to eat the food than for us to get it including my multiple trips back.Vegetarian options: The salads have a lot of meat so youd need a build your own for pure veggies and only a specific panini is vegetarian.

They didn't give us a receipt, forgot our drinks (which were warm and bottled), and the grilled cheese and tomato soup is just tomato soup with a couple slightly cheesy croutons.Vegetarian options: There is one vegetarian food item that isn't a byo salad and it is just okay. It is a pesto caprese panini that took 10 minutes to make and you can't even taste the pesto.

French onion soup was a little salty, but the grilled cheese croutons were innovative. The display of salads is very pretty. Service was interesting. Love the carousel in the food court as well, adds ambience.

We ordered a fruit cup and it was vinegar, we asked for a change and they gave us another one but unfortunately it was also damaged!They shouldn't sell unpalatable food!

The food was spoiled, lettuce was brown & chicken was spoiled. I also ordered a bottle of water and it had already been open. When I returned the food with my concern about the chicken they did not apologize for either the food or the water, the Manager was very unfriendly and was not concerned about the food and continued to serve the food. Never again will I eat here. I did receive a refund but no apology. ?

Extremely bad service! I got 3 classic detoxifier juices containing (apple, carrot and ginger). First of all the juices weren’t even full and the. Did not contain ginger. When I asked to add ginger, I was told that there is no more ginger. They did not even inform me that we don’t have any ginger. Behaved extremely rudely. WORST PLACE EVERRR!! DON’T GO THERE! RIP OFF!
