The service was horrible. They didn't give us a receipt, forgot our drinks (which were warm and bottled), and the grilled cheese and tomato soup is just tomato soup with a couple slightly cheesy croutons.Vegetarian options: There is one vegetarian food item that isn't a byo salad and it is just okay. It is a pesto caprese panini that took 10 minutes to make and you can't even taste the pesto.
Didn’t know their own dressings and most of them weren’t labeled so they couldn’t tell which was which. Then there was a long black hair in the salad my husband got. Asked for a refund and received no apology.

Went for a quick lunch, got up and I thought she was asking for a name for my order, took 5 minutes to take an order of a panini, Grilled cheese tomato soup [which was implied to me to be a grilled cheese and soup] and a mountain dew.
