We visited this location at the beginning of December. I reached out to the company, but because I haven't heard back, I am sharing my experience. My family ordered on the app. Our pickup time was 1:12pm. I arrived to the store early and decided to walk into the store 5 minutes prior to my pickup time (1:07pm). Normally, I come here and I have a good experience, but not today. I placed an order through the app, scheduled for pick-up @5:53. I get there and my order is not there, the girl working at the counter ( was nice and helpful) starts looking in the system until they realise that someone walked out with my order (they announced it out loud) I told her that I had to be to work @6 and could not be late.
