The female waiters should not have to show parts of their body...especially the midriff when it is visibly shown hanging over.The females deserve better than that kind of work appearance. Did not see the male employee's showing their bodies. If body display is required, it should be equal.

Didn't even get to dine only 2 tables with removed chairs one was broken host Didn't even offer to help us with the door my significant other was extremely put out because of her handicap for being in a wheelchair. She can not use a both this very sadWheelchair accessibility: 2 tables with removable chair and 1 was broken

Service with Johnathan was great. He really knows what’s going on. I highly recommend asking for him if you ever come here to eat. The way he treated our kids and never let our drinks get empty shows his high skills in the service industry.

First and last visit to a Mac's. We asked what the server recommended and he replied salmon. However he went on to tell us burgers is not what they "do" "so like if someone wants a burger go to McDonald's". Three out of the 4 of us knew we wanted burgers before we walked in. Two were fine, mine was raw. Like red raw. He never asked how we wanted them cooked. Then the fried ocra was in clumps so when you pulled them apart they were raw and slimy. One of the managers (how she identified herself) offered me more food before finally comping the meal. I was never rude or made a scene and the manager was very polite. She handled things professionally. I regret not getting pictures.

We had a large party, Chris was our waiter. He was AMAZING!!! Great spirit and seemed to really enjoy his job. The food was great (like always) and definitely somewhere we will go back for any other event we have!!!

We had dinner at Mac’s on 2/18. The food was excellent. And Jimmy was an exceptional server. He made our experience a very good one! Can’t wait until the open the Raleigh location so we can have some more of their fantastic BBQ!

Pick up order..not a dine in.First of all, to be fair, my wings were really good. I ordered the smoked dry rub wings, and they were great.My salad, now that was another story. I'm so disappointed. I'm on my lunch break and decided to order the Smokehouse salad and wings.I don't mind a little yellow lettuce in my salad, but this was ridiculous. I had about a cup of yellow lettuce (see picture), and the center "hard" part of the lettuce was a bit much. If the salad didn't cost $15, maybe I would have skipped this review. But at that price, I expect a much better salad. I ate around it, but I left the excessive onions and the yellow lettuce.MAC'S can take this one off the menu.I gave the 3 stars because the food was out pretty fast, and the hostesses were friendly.

Came in on Sunday evening. The place was very busy but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Had a little bit of confusion with our server, but the manager April came over and got everything straightened out, and the rest of our visit was great. The food was very good and I really liked the atmosphere. I'll stop back in again when I'm in the area.
