Normally have a great experience with this location but when I went in this week there was a young man at the front who didn't even speak. Just stood there staring until I finally said hello and proceeded with my order. There was just no real effort to provide good customer service. A bakery should be fun and friendly this resembled what you get from a drive thru.
The Bundt cake - red velvet, exquisite as always!This particular nothing bundt cakes needs to grow some personality. Also, the lack of silverware / plasticware really needs to be essential for those on the go, got to have it cake needs. I had to walk over to my beloved Earth fare who generously gave me a fork. Unbelievable! I would rather be charged my $6 cake with the added fork fee built into the cake price then be left with none.

Very disappointed that when I went in on Mon. 1/15 to use my bogo coupon for the Reese's cake they were out and was told to come back on Wed. Went back and now they tell me I can't use the BOGO for the Reese's. I understand maybe not giving the Reese's for free but I don't understand why I couldn't buy the Reese's and get a different one for the free one.
