No one was putting the pile of mobile orders out. No one bothered to acknowledge those of us waiting. Lettuce and cilantro was wilted in my salad. Panera asked for a review of my experience but didn't bother to reach back out or acknowledge that I was unhappy.

I recently joined the Sip Club and have used it at several locations and in different states. I am impressed with the friendliness and customer service I have received at each one. The flavor of almost all the drinks have been amazing as well as the food.
Quiet place for breakfast. A lot of choices I recommend eggs and chicken sandwiches.

I wish I could give zero stars. Placed an online order at 2 pm Monday. Tuesday I arrived to pick it up at 7:30 am and the staff says they have nothing to fulfill my order. You do not have pastries? You do not have cookies? You do not have sandwiches? Isn't this what you sell!?! Awful, will never ever go back.

Placed order at Kiosk like I always do. Waited in lobby per usual. They made some of my order sat it in "rapid pick up" section and didn't say a word. I went over after seeing others headed that way only to wait Additional time bc they didn't make the coffee. Made me late for work:( total of 38 minutes for 2 dozen and a box of coffee isn't acceptable.
