No one was putting the pile of mobile orders out. No one bothered to acknowledge those of us waiting. Lettuce and cilantro was wilted in my salad. Panera asked for a review of my experience but didn't bother to reach back out or acknowledge that I was unhappy.
I didn't have any food at this location, just drinks, but the coffee was great and the person (young lady) behind the counter was friendly and provided great customer care. The only thing I was sad about is they didn't have the cinnamon crunch

Ordered on the app. Disappointed it was not on the pickup shelf when I arrived. I had to wait 12 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. At least food quality was worth the wait.
