I placed to pickup order on 4/7/2024 I ordered the green goddess caprese melt, I had to sub the mozzarella for provolone since you were out, the melt was over $6 I have included pictures of what I received for over $6 from your restaurant. I am hugely disappointed in whatever this was supposed to be. I was on my way to work and this is what I had for dinner,

This use to be my favorite place for breakfast but no longer!! We waited in line for 15 minutes with no one to take our order or Kiosks which was in working condition,Finally associate arrives with no apology and very rude, I ordered for Mediterranean Sandwich with no cucumber it came just with cheese and onions a no other vegetables the worst part was my daughters latte had someone’s nail yuck!!!Never ever going back again

I really enjoy dinging at this location of Panera bread, because it is very close to where I work. My experience is usually nice here, however today there was an employee who made the experience not nice but great! That employee was Victor. He took my order and was super friendly and provided awesome customer service! I hope the managers of this location will reward Victor for his efforts in making the customers feel welcome! Great customer service is what will make me choose to go to this location of Panera bread very often!
Been coming to this location for the better part of a decade. Even when it's just opened, no customers, the tables are often all covered in crumbs (from the night before?), the bathrooms are a mess (apparently the doors weren't working for like a month), and the paper towel machine doesn't work 99% of the time. It's been seriously like well over a month that it hasn't worked, walking out of the bathroom with wet hands. Just hope that the employees are washing their hands even though there's nothing to wipe them off with.

The food was decent but the drink cases where the Ice Tea, Green Tea and Agave Lemonade is, is HORRIBLE!! FILM all inside like they haven't been cleaned in years! How do you keep refilling it without cleaning it out!!
I wish I could give zero stars. Placed an online order at 2 pm Monday. Tuesday I arrived to pick it up at 7:30 am (my scheduled time to pick it up) and the staff says they have nothing to fulfill my order. You do not have pastries? You do not have cookies? You do not have sandwiches? Isn't this what you sell!?!Awful, will never ever go back.

I was wary about coming to Panera because I've been disappointed by many of their locations. However, this spot is supreme! The restaurant is clean, and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted, not hard. I got the frontega chicken sandwhich and wild rice soup. Laila was very helpful and courteous while suggesting food items for me, and members were friendly and attentive. I have to return the next time that I'm in town.
