Surprisingly, I really liked this place…Although the restaurant is relatively small, it’s pretty spacious with good lighting & some creative artwork on the walls & the back of the booth chairs. Normally I’m skeptical to try certain foods but I’m glad I gave this place a try. The way the chicken is fried leaves NO GREASE & the food came out pretty quickly & was really good. Good to see more food diversity in Concord area, the only positive thing from all the land clearing development. Anyway, this is not an authentic ramen restaurant, they added some American flavor into it.Portion size quite good for us Americans. Ramen is chewy and broth is very savory and drinkable. The customer service was amazing and the food was spectacular!! Atmosphere was cute and relaxing. Overall, I loved it but the only thing my woman and I said it's a 4 star and not a 5 would be for them to add 2-3 sheets of their seaweed to all their ramen dishes! Especially the spicy and veggie ones in particular. It would've been a 5 star otherwise!
