This was terrible. I got a sweet cream, vanilla, cold brew and usually when I get my sweet cream, vanilla cold brew they taste perfectly sweet and vanilla. This time this tasted like coffee. It was so bitter and not only that it didn’t reach the top which it’s supposed to all the cream was at the bottom I wasn’t gonna drink all the nasty part just to get to the cream zero stars I’m never coming here again.

Slowest Starbucks ever! Literally sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with only 6 people in front of me. Order was ready at 3:37 and still in the drive thru at 4:00.

Got my caramel macchiato this morning. It was so bad I immediately spit it out and dumped out the rest. I’ve never tasted anything like it before. Tasted like the dirtiest milk water you could imagine.

I love Starbucks but this location really needs some training. The girl taking orders in the drive-thru is very difficult to understand (speaks very softly and mushes all her words together) This seemed to be the major reason the line was so backed up. Each car took approximately 5 or so minutes at the ordering sign. Most cars had no more than 2 drinks passed out the window, indicating filling the orders wasn't the issue rather, ordering was. Perhaps it would be best to train this person during slower hoursand focus on speaking loud and clear. I'm sure she will be great if you set her up for success and not overwhelm her right out of the gate.
Consistently one of the slower Starbucks that I have been to. Order was accurate however and staff were friendly.

This is the slowest Starbucks in concord . It’s about a 15-20 minutes even if there’s 5 cars. It doesn’t matter what day or time i come, it’s always slow. Last time I went inside just to find out how filthy the table area was and it took even longer for my drink to be ready. I really wish they could do

Drive thru takes about 20 minutes or longer at all times, so be prepared to wait (which is expected, it’s the only starbucks nearby).My issue was my order. I ordered a blonde VANILLA latte with an EXTRA pump of vanilla. They gave me a blonde latte with 1 pump of vanilla and it tasted awful. When I asked for more vanilla because it was wrong, I was told “it doesn’t come with vanilla” and I said “it does when you order a vanilla latte??” and she gave me 3 more pumps of vanilla when it usually comes with 4, and I ordered an extra one, but whatever.Then today I went back because I was wanting starbucks again. I ordered a different drink and they asked if I wanted whip. I said yes, and then they gave me none. Drink still tasted good but I couldn’t get her attention to ask for whip because she tapped my phone and then walked away without saying another word so I left and didn’t hold up the long line.
