I love Starbucks but this location really needs some training. The girl taking orders in the drive-thru is very difficult to understand (speaks very softly and mushes all her words together) This seemed to be the major reason the line was so backed up. Each car took approximately 5 or so minutes at the ordering sign. Most cars had no more than 2 drinks passed out the window, indicating filling the orders wasn't the issue rather, ordering was. This is the slowest Starbucks in concord . It’s about a 15-20 minutes even if there’s 5 cars. It doesn’t matter what day or time i come, it’s always slow. Last time I went inside just to find out how filthy the table area was and it took even longer for my drink to be ready. I really wish they could do
