This place smells terrible. The smell hits you as soon as you walk in the door and ruins your appetite. The rotted smell isA combination of trash and expired milk its terrible don’t eat here unless you want to get sick. I’ve contacted the health department regarding this location.

I’m sitting here at this locations as I type this review. This is the second time I’ve been at this location and the staff is not friendly at all. I stood looking at the menu for about 5-8 minutes and no one even addressed me when I walked in or even when I was standing at the register. Someone eventually came to take my order. I’m big on customer service and this establishment needs some more friendly faces.

We ordered delivery through Door Dash for a work meeting. Everyone loved their smoothies. We had a variety of flavors as well. My wrap was just ok. I only ate half. I would probably not order food again from here. However, smoothies were great.

i usually loveeeeee coming to this establishment but today me and my family got there minutes before closing time and when we walked in the guy said that they are closed. the open sign was still on and it wasn’t 8pm yet.

Don’t come here worst service ever walked in at 8:50pm denied me service I don’t care if your packing the whole line up that time says 9:00pm meaning you had ten minutes to make one smoothie. Turn that off if it’s not

Just a joke, food not good but not to mention when I walked in (never been there before) I said, “I am here to pick up an online order” and the guy behind the counter points toward the door where they keep their online pick up orders. LIKE I KNEW!! The guy was a jerk. So damn rude. Whatever attitude. I will never be

I like Tropical Smoothie Cafe but this location is my least favorite. My wrap was barely toasted and they didn't get my smoothie right the first time. I recommend the Harrisburg or Prosperity Church Rd.

Every time I order delivery from this location, something is missing from my order. Today it was my smoothie, I had already spoken to my doordasher and they told me whomever shooed them off when asking about my drink. I called to rectify and was hung up on by management! The service at this location is terrible.
