i usually loveeeeee coming to this establishment but today me and my family got there minutes before closing time and when we walked in the guy said that they are closed. the open sign was still on and it wasn’t 8pm yet.
I was a frequent customer to this location and the customer service was always superb. But lately I’ve been coming and there’s a lady/man (I’m not sure) that is EXTREMELY rude. I watched as every single customer was not greeted and rushed, the customer rep didn’t say two words, instead looked angry the entire time. If ringing up customers is too much and upsets you, I suggest finding a new job.
