Really enjoy this place. Great food, with friendly service. A bit dark inside and not overly spacious, but the two times we've gone for dinner, we were able to get a table. Close to our OBX neighborhood and to many others. At the south end of Tim Buck II near the Brew Thru with its own parking area... very convenient.
Solid Mexican place in Timbuk2 shopping center with homemade salsas and craft cocktails. I recommend the Corolla Light. It's on the south side directly behind the Brew-thru. We ordered food for a 50-person event and were pleased.Kid-friendliness: Kids always present when we visit.

We got nachos with hamburger meat, a Brisket Quesadilla, a bottle of water and a soda. It was almost $50. The portions were large enough to share and have some the next day. The food was really good. The atmosphere had music playing in the background that could have been turned down some but otherwise nice. The girl at the counter was not overly friendly. It was a nice experience overall.
