“Location is super convenient for my home. Every time I’ve ordered, the pizza has been great. The guys inside are prompt and courteous. Lots of coupons and rewards online, too. It’s pretty clutch when we don’t want to cook or go out to eat.“
“Sandeep was the best. I had trouble getting my card to work but that didn't faze him a bit. He only smiled from ear to ear while I looked frantically for a plan B. Then he made me an offer I (almost) couldn't refuse. But in the endwe got it sorted out. “Second time we've order from this location this month. I make sure to talk with the store directly, as in the past, the call center has butchered my order. Unfortunately, both this time & the last time they were slightly off on the orders even calling the store, but the food was awesome. I'll definitely give them another try since I know our order isn't a straight order & we change things around.“

“I've seen all the low reviews but can't say I ever had any issues when ordering delivery on the app or the walk-in pickup. Maybe I just time it right, and the product is generally consistent. I ordered the chicken nugget bites and a medium all the meats. The only thing with that pizza is that the grease/fat tends to leak quickly through the crust into the box. No pics on this one.“
“I placed a future order at 9:00 PM not knowing the lobby was closed. I called and they made my order ahead of 9:00pm so that was nice. When I got there I wasn't satisfied with the pizza I ordered but they re-made the pizza for me at the last minute and I could tell they understood what I wanted. I love coming to downtown Durham for my Domino's!!! I love the staff they always remember me too.“

“Every time I've gotten pizza from the one on Cole Mill rd, the time they tell you when the pizza will be ready for pickup, it's on time. The staff are very polite. Pick up is great as well as delivery.. thanks for the employees at Domino's for all they do.“
