“I honestly don't know how not every review is 5 stars - Mediterranean food is my favorite kind of food and this food is by far the best Greek food I've ever had. The Greek style gyro pita was so insane. The flavor and textures were everything. I inhaled it and immediately wanted to order another. I can't even imagine what everything else on the menu tastes like because the caliber of their food is so amazing. The baklava was the best I've ever had as well, and the staff were beyond friendly and efficient. If I lived nearby I would easily come here every day.“
“I am a huge fan of Baba Ghanooj especially the lunch buffet. It is definitely worth the price. There are plenty of vegetarian options. The tzatziki sauce, the coriander hummus, roasted eggplant, grape leaves, baba ganooj, falafel and pita all are fresh and delicious. In addition theres the lentil soup, chick pea curry, and various other options. Not only is the food really good, the service is also incredible. I arrived one time a little after the lunch buffet had closed, but I was graciously told fresh falafel and pita bread would be made just for me!! I was amazed and gratified by the gesture. This will continue to be among my top favorites.Vegetarian options: Tzatziki sauce, the coriander hummus, roasted eggplant, grape leaves, baba ganooj, falafel and pita, lentil soup, chick pea curry, and various other options.“
“I enjoyed dinner here with my grandparents after my Grampy told me how delicious the Chicken Tenders were. I love fried chicken and I was not expecting them to be the best ever! Those chicken tenders were perfect. The breading was wonderfully light and shortly after it melted in your mouth the incredibly juicy chicken followed suit! The service was wonderful! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some real good chicken tenders!“
“I enjoy the food here, the people are super nice, but they do occasionally seem a little light on the waitstaff side. Saturday mornings are rough especially since the SODU Farmers Market is in the parking lot out front. Arrive early and try the French toast. Pancakes are big and tasty with nice fruit in and on them. The syrup even comes out warm, a nice touch... staff are in tune with your orders. I like my eggs scrambled soft, one morning they came out quite dry, the expediter delivering our food noticed this and asked if I'd like to have the eggs recooked...“
“The food and service are always great here. It is open and very well lit with plenty of options to mix and match. I had the gourmet platter with falafel, Greek salad, hummus, Pita, tabouli, and dolmas(grape leaves). It was more than enough foor for 2 days' worth of lunch. I have been here before and will definitely go back again!Vegetarian options: Falafel, tabouli, hummus, Pita, and many more“
“This is my favorite restaurant in Chapel Hill. Such a lovely authentic Greek restaurant. My fiancé and I go weekly for date night and we’re always warmly greeted by staff. The food is delicious, takes me back to Greece and the service is always great.“
“I ordered to go because I was feeling homesick and looking for Greek food, I got the authentic gyro. Which was my mistake because I thought it would be the slices of lamb I am used to getting. Although it wasn't what I was craving, it was delicious, and the fries were perfect. I will be ordering again I'll just make sure I order the correct thing this time. The food was very fresh and warm. You can tell the take pride in their work the food looked just like their photo.“
“Offline brought us here and NIKOS did not disappoint. The service from Tyler and the food and drinks were great. The 2 of us shared 2 apps and 1 main and it was plenty of food. The restaurant, located in Brightleaf Square, is really cute. This would be an awesome place when the weather is warmer. They have a nice looking patio set up.“
