Usually a good experience at this location! Placed an app order yesterday about an hour out to closing. My special request was not honored and I only asked for extra veggies. I totally understand being ready to close and get out of there asap. But it seems as though they intentionally ignored that request. Definitely ruined my dinner for the night. However i called today for a refund and the manager was kind and swift. I appreciated this greatly.

THEEE BEST JERSEY MIKES IN DURHAM!!! Every time I go there, it’s always a friendly environment with exceptional workers. In particular I believe the young lady name is Trinity? She made me the chipotle philly sub, and hands down THE BEST SUB IVE EVER HAD!! Trinity was so very kind to me and she went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my order! Overall, great experience and I will definitely be retuning!!

At least once or twice a month we order a very large order from this specific store. Every single time they mess up at least 3 orders. We typically over look it because we know it’s a big order…however this time we had someone that specifically could NOT have oil and vinegar because he is highly allergic. Of course, like always, the sub came with oil and vinegar. When I called to speak to someone, the “shift lead” who was a man was very nice. The woman that got on the phone was probably one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever experienced….although not surprising. She accused us of lying and said unless we’d send a picture there was nothing she could do. I told her I’d love to send the picture and in true Durham form…instead of handling it professionally…she hung up on me. Again, not surprising…consider the source. At any rate…we’ll definitely take our business to another location. I’m sure the franchise owner will love the fact that he lost the business of a high paying customer.
