We waited 25 minutes for our order and actually heard another customer cuss the staff out bc he had waited so long and watched other customers that ordered after him get their food but he still hadn’t gotten his after 20+minutes and the store wasn’t really THAT busy tbh! Once our food came it was scrumptious but the chocolate drizzle was smeared all over the outside of my lid and cup making everything super sticky & aggravating to say the least! Honestly one of the nicest McDonalds I've ever been to! The place was perfectly clean, our order was correct and the employees were friendly. The most surprising part was the food actually looked great, almost like it does in commercials! Great experience!
Called,They want me to bring the food back,I am 15 miles away,So I have to put them in the cooler,Next week bring them back to get a replacement

Worst place to ever go I called to tell them my food was wrong, and the manager hung up and when I called back she said they was busy and couldn’t talk when I was in fact standing the lobby and they where not busy and she thought because I was black that I didn’t understand Spanish she proceeded to talk badly to those around her thinking I didn’t understand and when I asked for the GM information then she didn’t understand me anymore

3.2 is not accurate. I usually don’t review fast food places, chains, or franchises because they should be consistent and I don’t go to ones that aren’t. This McDonald’s location is on point. I was the start of a BLITZ, and the staff crushed. Dinner service on 1/17/2024 staff should be held in high regard. The restaurant was clean, it was busy, drive thru, and lobby… lines, lines, lines, McFlurrys, blended coffees, happy meals, all the hard stuff (hard stuff because it interrupts the typical flow), and the staff absolutely CRUSHED it. ?????? I eat a lot of McDonald’s… I’ve been to A LOT of McDonald’s, and this one was FANTASTIC! All 5 ⭐️’s !!! Pressure Handled!!!
Waited and waited in the line of cars. When I finally was able to give my order, it was another 15 minutes. One employee seemed to be doing everything -- more power to her.
