3.2 is not accurate. I usually don’t review fast food places, chains, or franchises because they should be consistent and I don’t go to ones that aren’t. This McDonald’s location is on point. Substandard service here. I came here and ordered a big breakfast. Usually this comes with pancakes - they actually gave me 2 containers of hot syrup. However there were no pancakes with my meal. I went up to the counter and notified the staff, but they said I should have requested "Hotcakes" Big Breakfast, not a ordinary Big Breakfast. Honestly one of the nicest McDonalds I've ever been to! The place was perfectly clean, our order was correct and the employees were friendly. The most surprising part was the food actually looked great, almost like it does in commercials! Great experience!
