Nice folks, typical food. McDonalds just made everything thing on their menu a much smaller portion and charged more for the meals. This seems like their answer to having to provide decent hourly wages. They left the idea of food value on the curb years ago. Just another hack burger joint now. Their food and service integrity are long gone.
In the store, I watched the guy bag my sandwich and stare at the board. A couple minutes later he turns around and tells me he's waiting on fries (that I just watched get dropped). I asked the guy if that was my sandwich he bagged, and he says yeah. I say that I'm not happy with the sandwich sitting out and getting cold while I wait. I ordered DoorDash and this McDonald’s food never unless you come in person. I ordered and the fries are nasty warm about cold. I called before my dasher picked up my order 3 times and did not pick up. I wanted them to make sure that my food is cold. I can see why that this one is 3.1 star on the internet.
