Vegan burger was just random veggies meshed together and burnt. Took a few bites and left the restaurant. 17$ down the drain. Feels more like something they get to say they have to bring more customer base in. Feel lied to tbh. I hate being ‘that’ customer but this is the truth :/

My experience on the burger for the classic was very disappointing and nasty wanted to throw up. It was so disgusting and salty for my first experience. The fries were OK but the burger was trash. Will not be coming back trying to call back the place where I came in and picked up the food, but they have no contact by calling them to get my money back, very disappointed

Very very loud. Not for date night nor discussion. The veggy burger was terrible, but that's what I get for trying something new! Ordering was easy, very simple menu not complicated. Nice location near the DPAC. About $20 to 25 per person. Cute small cut thin fries w visible chunks of sea salt...mmmmm tasty!

Service was not good. Acted as though it was a bother to take an order. Gave my name and the cashier kept asking my name over and over. Instead of just saying can you spell it, she kept asking... NO customer service. Food was not good. It was ordered as a takeout order but we stay around the corner. Burger was soggy. Tomato looked like it had been cooked and smashed on the grill. Burger was bland. The Fries were cold. It was a waste of money and just threw it away before I took a picture. We always passed by the place thinking it would be nice to eat here but glad we got a burger to share instead of have to throw away two burgers. They can do better.
Ordered their smashed veggie burger to go and loved it! Was able to order online which was super convenient and it was ready quite quickly. Great space to eat inside and they also sell Rose's ice cream sandwiches!

The service I received was extremely unsatisfactory. I waited for an hour for food, only to discover that my order was never even placed. Despite inquiring about it well before the hour mark, I was assured it was in progress. How does such a mistake even happen? So many errors must have occurred for a customer's order to be forgotten in the kitchen. The restaurant wasn't busy, so I'm still baffled as to why such a simple task was overlooked.

We visited today , and it wasn't very busy. It took 30 minutes for my nephew's hamburger and fries to arrive. Then, I waited 10 more minutes for my food, but it never came. I informed the waitress, but after another ten minutes passed, she still hadn't returned with an update. I had to go to the cash register to inquire about my order, only to find out it hadn't even been prepared. After waiting nearly an hour, I received bland $15 nachos. What's worse, customers who arrived after us received their food before we did, despite our simple and uncomplicated order. The whole experience was frustrating, especially considering the lack of complexity in our order. They seem to prioritize creating a trendy atmosphere over providing good service and good food.

First time here as we wanted a short order burger joint. The menu is simple which is kind of refreshing. But they have enough to get you want you want and to satisfy your burger craving. We ordered a Classic and a Spicy burger. The classic was just that a charbroiled burger with your normal toppings/fixings. The Spicy on the other hand was a pleasant surprise. They add these crispy spicy chip style topping which is such an awesome touch. I must admit they make something called Spicy that is actually spicy... THANK YOU!!! The ambiance is modern, clean and has a modern vibe. The sell alcohol and some other drinks too. Cool place, I'd come back in the future.

This is the best veggie burger I've ever had. It is house made with lots of flavor. I appreciate this establishment put some effort into making their own burger, rather than a Beyond Meat or premade black bean burger. I also appreciate the burger gas vegan sauce and cheese; no need to modify. The fries are also fantastic.
