I posted a semi negative review from 3 years ago, during Covid times. But... I consider Randy's to be one of the best standard NY-style pizza places in NYC. Nothing fancy or gourmet, but solid, and always good. Service and wait times have improved to a solid level

My Stromboli and chicken Philly's were delicious. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
Went into this location a few times because its close to my job. The people there are rude and the food is absolutely nasty. I gave it a few tries but will never step foot in this establishment again.

The thing about this joint is the size of the slices and quality. The service can be off sometimes but not too bad.Parking: This location is in a strip mall so parking is no issue unless the ABC liquor store is packed... Lol.
They do have a really good steak and cheese when you get extra meat. My only complaint so far is their “premeasured” kid size fries? that comes with it. They really need to stop being so stingy on the fries, what’s the sub without them. I’m barely thru my sub and run out of fries? I hate that!!

I ordered through Uber Eats, and my pizza came to me warm and ready to eat. I'm from New York, and this pizza was very close to what I'm used to! The garlic knots were alsos on point.
