Best Bahn Mi and Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The chef is often coming up with new items and the flavors are fantastic. The best part is the warm and welcoming service. We love coming here.
I have lived in the Triangle area for more than fifteen years and have found several great Vietnamese restaurants over the years. While there are some great restaurants for Pho, Bun or other cuisine staples, I found the lack of an exceptional Banh Mi sandwich surprising, given the number of Vietnamese selections in the area.That changed when I happened into Bonjour Banh Mi on a rainy night with my wife and adult son. We decided to grab a light lunch at Bonjour Banh Mi & Tea. I chose the sausage roll, summertime roll, and pork dumplings. The pork dumplings were really tasty. The sausage roll had great sauce, but the filling was a bit lacking. I accidentally ordered the "fresh" summertime roll instead of the "delightful" vegetarian version.
