We use their meal service to have meals delivered regularly. The meals are excellent. The portions are perfect for 2 people.Everything has been stellar. They do have plenty of seasoning, but not too salty or spicy for our palette. Also, they do vary the menu weekly and use locally sourced products when possible.It's just a great concept with great food and service.

I've been ordering meals from Redstart with my partner for several weeks now and I have nothing but positive things to say. We are a family of 2 adults who struggle with dinner planning so we are always looking for dinner prep/planning options.Everything we've ordered is very good. There are always vegetarian and meat options, both of which are tasty. The options change every week. So far, we've had no repeated meals (although we wouldn't mind it). We can order as few or many items as we like with no subscription or commitment. Menu goes up on Thursday, order by Saturday, food arrives on Tuesday. Everything is nicely packaged with minimal plastic waste and requires minimal preparation. It's delivered promptly and when promised. There's also desserts, sauces, breads, and other add ons. Don't skip on the quiche or brownies.If you live in the area and you're busy, hate to cook, recovering from an illness/procedure, a new parent, packing/unpacking house, or just want to treat yourself or someone else to taking care of meal planning, I highly recommend Redstart. I've tried other meal delivery and meal planning options (big and small) and this one is really knocking it out of the park for me.

WOW! This is our second Redstart Foods order and I am here to say the hype is real! As I type this, I am enjoying the mushroom lettuce wrap and feel like I should be sitting in a gourmet restaurant! The Redstart Team makes it super easy to eat healthy, yummy, and unique meals for a very reasonable price and the best part…delivered right to your doorstep! Thank you Redstart Foods for spicing up our week with your delicious meals!
Redstart Foods catered our wedding and was truly outstanding. (We asked them to after becoming obsessed with the food through the ordering service, a true highlight during the bleakest pandemic days.) Chef Matt worked with us to create a menu that perfectly fit the season and the occasion, which we appreciated, but honestly we had total faith in him because Redstart's food is just so good!Our guests raved about the food - it was honestly the number one comment we got after the event! We loved that the menu primarily consisted of local foods in season, and that we could offer items that satisfied any type of dietary need. The catering crew was lovely and professional, and Redstart even helped us get a bunch of Topo Chico (which was weirdly hard to find due to supply chain issues).We are Redstart Foods fans for life and if we ever have another big event, we will absolutely want them there. Meanwhile, we will keep ordering meals from them. They're the best!

The pasta with cheese, broccolini and leeks was delicious. The salad was fresh with a wide assortment of lettuces and other herbs. I highly recommend!

WOW - I found Redstart from the Indy, which was like an answer to a prayer! I used to live in DC, where I participated in something similar, and since returning to the triangle, I have been searching for a meal service to supplement my cooking. The food is off the charts, with great flavor, texture, and quality ingredients. The online order process was straightforward, with options for pick up and delivery. I am impressed with the customer service and prompt attention to questions.I look forward to incorporating their excellent food into my meals week after week!

We absolutely loved the food promptly delivered from Redstart. We got a few dishes, and it’s a toss up what was most impressive. The noodles in the main dish were perfectly cooked after the instructed reheating. Meanwhile the cold sweet potato dish was insaaaaanely flavorful with a super unique combination of spices and ingredients. We’re relatively picky and prepared meals can be unreliable, but I’m so glad we gave the concept another try after a few attempts with other places—Redstart blew us away. Doesn’t hurt that their site is super easy to use!

Redstart is absolutely awesome and delicious! The flavors in all their dishes are amazing, the meals are very creative and easy to assemble. I also like the fact that they put expiration dates on each meal, not that we have to worry about that ?will continue ordering weekly. I found them by bringing someone’s order in their house when I had to walk their dog!
