I went on a Friday with a friend and we sat at the bar, watching the amazing staff preparing meals which were beyond compare! So delicious! I returned on Sunday with my husband to share this wonderful food and if I lived closer I would be there every week!

The food was just ok. We got tea leaf salad, noodles, and cake. The tea leaf salad was very strong-tasting. My noodles were too spicy but I guess that was my fault for ordering a spicy dish. My friend got some gluten free noodles (she has celiac) and felt sick afterwards. I got some chocolate cake which was pretty good. In general, I didn't really enjoy the food and was let down by all the hype.

Food is good, though I think slightly overpriced. Service is good but they are so busy it’s slow, though they did take my order wrong which is not good. Atmosphere, however, is terrible, small, loud, cramped and full of people. I would definitely not recommend dining in there.I saw the sign they have a 4% happy place charge or something, and thought oh that’s good, I didn’t know that comes as a extra charge on our bill. Had I known that I would have probably not given a >15% tip.

The food was pretty good especially their handmade noodles. But the real kicker are their desserts. The ice cream sandwiches rock and the crème brûlée macaron is big booty business if you catch my drift. Anyways gamers, I’ll see you all next time.

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food. We had the lunch special for $11: veggie bun + salad. The white miso gingersnap ice cream sandwich was amongst the best ice cream-related desserts I've had. Will be returning!!

To be honest, the wait is very long, almost a hour. The flavor is very normal, the belt noodle is not chewy, the sauce tastes tooooo sour, it overwhelm all the other tastes, so overall i can only give 3 star.

A very cute place. You can tell everything is handmade. I was watching them make it the menu changes as items may run out. I came in wanting the belt noodles with the broth and that chicken but that was unavailable so I had it with the pork and it was decent. For it to be a Szechuan sauce I definitely expected a lot more spice, but I am someone who heavily loves spice, so I just may be that this is spicy for someone else. The spring rolls were very lackluster. It was quite honestly just the cold noodles and the smallest bite of chicken that is overpowered by the noodles and there wasn't really any other vegetables inside of the spring roll, so I did expect a little bit more for traditional Asian spring roll. The Italian soda I had was great was not aware it had so much sugar. I'm someone who doesn't drink a lot of sugary things, at least added sugar, so I guess it was kind of unsuspecting treat, but I enjoyed it, the service was decent as well. It seemed lots of people were coming in for their sweets, but I was too full to even get anything to go. Couldn't even finish my noodle bowl. Overall, I would say services is great. The atmosphere was definitely clean I would definitely come back again and hopefully to try the belt noodles with the actual broth, but from experience I don't see anything that would stop me from coming again decent experience overall.

Food was great- phat se ew sandwich tasted amazing and was a super unique flip on the dish. Very fresh and delicious although the prices are a bit high. Pastries are amazing, the lemon pistachio cheesecake is one of the top 10 treats I’ve ever had. Would love to come again and absolutely recommend

5 stars for the sweet - i love their white miso ice cream sandwich and creme brulee macaroon. The food - yeah they are special and most of the time very good. However, they are salty and not consistent in quality. I mean, you can get lucky and have the best meal but you can also have not too good but overpriced dishes, especially when they are busy. It’s a shame, i really liked this place the first time i am here…looking forward to new changes .

Quite disappointed.Ordered their potato noodles on Sunday brunch and it came out quite oily. Waiter asked if I wanted to order something else instead, and so I did. When I got the bill the potato noodles were still on there when I only took 3 bites of it because it was really too oily. Maybe it’s because it’s an honest mistake to forget to take it off the bill or something else. But I don’t believe I’m coming back. It’s a shame I used to enjoy this place. Also the price hikes are insane. $52 for two people, 2 1/2 dishes, only drinking water, leaving hungry. Let me know if things change so I can give it another shot and change this review. I really hope I can.

Just had the Hot and Sour sweet potato noodles, very good. Noodles were clear. Also had what was probably the best dessert I've had in a while, the passion fruit macaroon and passion fruit cake. OUTSTANDING.....

If you like Asian and Asian-inspired high quality meals with seasonal and elevated ingredients, you got to try Rose’s. Their ramen and belt noodles are the best I have had in NC! The only downside is that the space is small and the seating is tight, which means if you are waiting for your turn at lunch time it may get tightly packed. Their desserts are mostly great but I prefer to fill myself with all the savory goods and take my dessert to go ? oh if you are into it, their Apple mochi cake is one of the best GF desserts I ever had. The photos are randomly chosen between 2018 and now and their menu changes regularly (accommodating seasonal ingredients) so don’t expect the same food when you get there! Oh they have fantastic drip coffee, too; if you want to have a sip while you wait. I should warn you, if a dish is titled as “spicy” that means it is very spicy - not your average American spicy.

Food was good, but overpriced. For $30-50 per person range, there is tough competition and expecting really great service.Tipped 20%, and then on my printed receipt found an additional 4.0% happy workplace tax. This is very misleading as it’s not put on the tipping screen. It’s an extra fee only shown on your receipt AFTER you pay.

Went for dessert & got the Creme Brulee Cake, burnt honeycomb ice cream sandwich & praline shortcake ice cream sandwich. WOW! The nailed the Creme brulee. It's soft, moist, has the burnt Caramel flavor & is a delight to eat. I can't decide which ice cream is the best but I can say I can't wait to try more & the actual food! The staff seemed friendly too.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving around 8:20 PM and being one of only five tables, it took until 9:00 PM for a waiter to even acknowledge our presence. When our order was finally taken at 9:08 PM, we thought things might improve, but at 9:20 PM, another waiter informed us that our order had been lost, forcing us to reorder. To add insult to injury, the drink we ordered didn't arrive until 9:40 PM. Despite the extensive delays and mistakes, they had the nerve to add in a 4% "happy worker tax" after that awful service. The lack of compensation and the audacity to charge an additional fee only compounded the below average experience. We finally left around 10:15 PM, being the last people in the restaurant that closed at 9:30 PM.
