If you like Asian and Asian-inspired high quality meals with seasonal and elevated ingredients, you got to try Rose’s. Their ramen and belt noodles are the best I have had in NC! The only downside is that the space is small and the seating is tight, which means if you are waiting for your turn at lunch time it may get tightly packed. Went for dessert & got the Creme Brulee Cake, burnt honeycomb ice cream sandwich & praline shortcake ice cream sandwich. WOW! The nailed the Creme brulee. It's soft, moist, has the burnt Caramel flavor & is a delight to eat. I can't decide which ice cream is the best but I can say I can't wait to try more & the actual food! The staff seemed friendly too.

I had the Thai Rice Soup for brunch on a rainy Saturday. A tasty variation on the standard version you can get for breakfast in Thailand. Hope to go back and try other dishes next time I’m in town.
