“Busy. It's small and not a good place if you want to sit and enjoy your beverage. Some seating outside the door, but not much and almost always taken. Staff were handling everything well. drinks were good. Glad my tea did not taste like someone else's drink.“

“I just went to Starbucks and it was awesome, totally deserves 5 stars! Right when I walked in, it felt super welcoming and chill. The people working there were all smiles and super quick to make my favorite drink just the way I like it.The coffee is always amazing here. I got my usual latte, and it was just perfect—super tasty and made just right. They really know what they're doing with their coffee and it shows.But it's not just the coffee that's great. The place is always clean, and everyone working is really fast and nice, which makes it a cool spot to hang out or get some work done.The best part about this Starbucks is how friendly it is. “This Hilton is in a great location, close to the University and the downtown area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. Their breakfast is buffet style and I was surprised they had good vegetarian options, as well as the freshness. Heather, the hostess was certainly attentive making sure all the guests we taken cared of. I would recommend.“

“First visit to this Starbucks. Just driving thru. This is probably the largest I have been to. Very spacious and lots of seating. I ordered a chai latte and it was as I expected. 4 stars is because of the bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms. Each has a key pad on the door and you ask at the counter for the number. There is a button on the inside of the lock face that flashes red when you press it but then nothing to indicate if it is locked or not. From the outside you cannot tell if someone is in the bathroom. You enter the code and try the knob and it doesn't open.“

“Being greeted, and I mean authentically greeted as opposed to a rehearsed corporate cliche, makes such a difference to the whole experience of walking into a shop. Three different people behind the counter, as they passed from one task to another glanced up, made eye contact and offered their own personal welcome. I was just stopping in to order a cup of black coffee to go, but the nice, cheerful vibe that everyone contributed to creating made me feel right at home - even though I was 400 miles from home and about to start the long drive back. Thank you for the goodwill. “Came in here early one day for coffee, sat down to eat my snack too and promptly spilled my entire coffee all over the table and floor. They cleaned up my mess immediately, despite being busy, and replaced my coffee. Super nice people work here and the service is terrific.“

“Don't really drink Starbucks, so I really didn't know what to order. The young lady recommended a warm drink with Carmel and whipped cream. Let me tell you, it was soooo delicious!Parking: They did have a shared parking lot with other businesses. It's a popping area, so parking close to Starbucks may not happen. “Visit there pretty often between work and home. Love the staff, and today I had two new employees I sadly didn't get their names BUT they were very careful with my order and even decorated my cup with a cute bear face and a pikachu. Always coming back, you people are the sweetest treat there.“

I came in with a request I wasn't sure about and was not only given several options on how I could get my drink, but both Paris and Keimauri went above and beyond with friendliness and service. “An excellent Starbucks that I'd only avoid when Cars and Coffee is happening. This Starbucks is always quick, clean and gets my order right but if Cars and Coffee is happening avoid this place. I don't have any criticisms outside of it being over run on Saturday mornings and crazy backed up. Outside of that time frame any other time I've been here it's super easy and always had a good experience.“

“The people who work here are always so cheerful, helpful, and create such a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. Especially the crew who was working this morning (Thursday, 11/2/23) had an excellent vibe and were working so hard to churn out a ton of orders very quickly.“

“This Starbucks always has a super busy drive thru line but they sure are efficient! The baristas are so friendly and always go out of their way to compliment me. Even if things are out of stock, they always recommend another drink and want you to have a pleasant experience.“

“I work night shift so caffeine is a life saver to make it through these 12 hours. I spend at least $100 a month at this Starbucks. I always get excellent service. The third shift crew always has an inviting and fun energy. My drinks no matter how complicated are always made right and they always check to make sure I am satisfied.“
