The amount of meat they know put on the subs is "less" than before. I ordered a Subway club, half, and I didn't realize until I got home I was charged $9.09. I'll not be back at that Subway. It was in the Walmart store in Elizabeth City, N.C. Could barely understand the guy behind counter. I will go back in a few days and get my $3.20, I was over charged.

I went here around 8 on August 13 2023 and this was the worst customer service I have ever received point blank period. All that was said to me is the guy asking me “is that all?” With an attitude and when I just had to transfer the funds onto my card he seemed very impatient and irritated like he would rather be somewhere else, I get you might not like your job that’s anywhere but no one forces you to work there. Providing customer service is part of that job and as a former employee of Subway that is just unacceptable.

Stopped to grab a sanGwich after grocery shopping. Subway upped their game a lot recently (close to Jersey Mikes level) It was good.

This place is awful. I had not been in years, but needed to grab a quick lunch. I noticed the lettuce was bad. It was brown and slimy. I said something to the girl making sandwiches and she said that's the way it comes. I asked her to re-make my sandwich without lettuce and she wanted to just remove the lettuce on the sandwich she had already made. Someone else walked up and saw the lettuce and left. She said they won't ever go and refresh anything. She agreed that it was really gross. The other guy working also defended the lettuce. I told them it was bad and they should not be serving it. They just continued to argue. In the end I said sorry (not sure why). They never apologized or offered to do anything. She did remake the sandwich after I insisted. They were also the most Blaise' customer service people. No greeting and they didn't even look at you. I gave them one star, but it doesn't even deserve that. I could not post without giving at least one star. I won't be back!

Trying to pick up an online order and the employee will argue with you about not having a product of roast beef and won't even make the sandwich when customer already paid for it and then threatenes you going to have there manager look at the camera about the whole situation was not even called for. Over a situation just to replace the roast beef for a extra slice of turkey or ham. I will personally never ever go back and being a former manager for a subway I've never handle anything like this ever!!!

Went to Subway on 11-26-21 on Black Friday to get subs for dinner and was informed they had no bread.I asked if was shipped in because what was going on-n-was told no we make our own.So I go to leave-n-low-n-behold in the bottom of bread keeper was bread!This was in between 9:30/10 am.Pretty sad on a Black Friday your employee stuck her head around the corner to lie.Makes you wonder just how many people she turned away.Thank you,Crystal Rosetta 318 Nc Hwy 34 N Camden,NC 27921

Sliders look different on the picture. But it tastes good. Bread is different. On the picture looks like English muffin but indeed looks like bun. But if tosted tastes good. Onion, lettuce and cheese in the slider. Fresh. Thank you.

No one was at the counter when I got here. Had to wait for them to quit bs'ing in the back. Had to repeat my order multiple times. The bread they used was old and crushed. Worst subway I've ever been to.
