The food was good. The calzones are huge. They are in the process of updating their menu and restaurant. We didn't know at the time of ordering that we were provided a copy of their old menu. We were charged more for the calzones than the price shown on the menu. Instead of our waitress offering to honor the price on the menu we were given, she showed us an updated menu with the higher price. I’d have taken a photo of the whole pizza, but I was too hungry after skiing. Such a diamond in the rough woods! Elk River is cozy, friendly, and food is fresh and hot.Dietary restrictions: They have cauliflower crust pizza for those with gluten-free needs.

We've visited here several times over the past two years. Our most recent trip to the cabin we visited here twice...both times for lunch and we didn't get the same experience. The first day of lunch was so wonderful. The service was beyond wonderful. There is a menu and you can also order the Salad Bar and there is a Pizza buffet. The prices are what is so amazing here.
