I enjoy stopping by the starving Squirrel when I'm out riding and want a quick bite. I like getting their footlong hot dogs, and if you're in the mood for a good ol greasy fried burger, they make a pretty good one. Folks are pretty friendly too.Only outside seating, and while I've never been during lunch rush, I'd imagine parking can be a bit hectic.
Genuinely one the the friendliest places we have eaten.Friendly staff, and all the customers that came by were super friendly and fun to talk to.We'll likely visit the Starving Squirrel multiple times while visiting Elizabethton, it's worth the 40 minutes drive.Please be advised!Outdoor seating only, parking is... Anywhere? Lol delicious food and great people.

Stumbled on this place on accident while driving and stopped for breakfast. Food was great, staff was extremely friendly. I had the biscuits and gravy with fried bologna on it and it was excellent! Never thought bologna in breakfast would be good but it was great. My kids had some breakfast sandwiches and they were all excellent as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, it's definitely worth it!
