“Had Blue Ridge Pizza Company cater our wedding (outdoor, semi formal) and they were a HUGE hit. Loved the pizza, salad, and the appetizers. Melissa and the gang are so friendly and did I mention the pizza is just so so so good? Would recommend them 100 times over for any event. (Posted a couple wedding pics so you can get an idea of the formality and how they crushed it)“

“Recently visited Zeke’s and had the braised short ribs on a bed on risotto with carrots, celery and a side of garlic spinach and yellow squash. The dish was fresh and delicious. Although I believe short ribs are supposed to be served on the bone. The dish was still very good. Very tender meat and excellent presentation. The spinach and garlic was outstanding and would have made a great meal all on its own. Highly highly recommended! Their Prime Rib on Friday along with their fried pickles are amazing!!“

My mother was German and this was the 1st time eating German food since my Mom passed in 2006. It was on par with hers and that's a VERY good compliment. I highly suggest eating here if you want authentic German food. Thank you to the nice lady, sorry I'm terrible with names, that gave us dessert and to the "Strudel Guy" that made the very delicious Strudel. My Mother would have loved this place!“

“Today I met a friend at Three Chopt in Hendersonville, NC. This was the *first* time I had eaten at this restaurant in our lovely downtown even though I had heard of it before. Not only was the atmosphere quaint and the service very friendly but the food was DELICIOUS and the owner (Matthew) is awesome. This spot is a GEM in Hendersonville. *** As we were finishing up our meal and paying the check Matthew came around to *each* table with a free cookie - spreading kindness and love and asking everyone to call a friend or family member and tell them how much they mean to you (as he had just lost a close friend). I will be back to help support this local business and all the good they have in their heart and share with others! ...(and order the "Dearest David" sandwich - yum!)“

“Had lunch for the first time ... the food was very good and plentiful. We had a Turkey Ruben and regular Ruben. The place is run by volunteers who were very friendly and accommodating. Their mission is very impressive. The service was a tad slow but they were very busy and apologetic for the delay. I would go back anytime and would also suggest you visit their thrift store next door.“

“Food was great. A lot but it’s always nice bringing home leftovers. Suggestion to get rid of stroform cups to decrease expense and less waste plus having customers take too much. Possibly get a different kind of paperfor to go items for the food that is strurdy and biodegradable. Suggestion to put garbage and plates station in the middle between the dishwasher and out doors for ease the action that focuses on getting dishes to the washer and for the garbage that goes out the door. Smart thinking about keeping garbage open so that it may not need to be washed so much. Thank you kindly.“

I got it tonight, but it was the NY strip, which is a good cut, but not my favorite cut. It did not disappoint! It had local ramps and mashed potatoes with goat cheese. Oh. My. Goodness. Fabulous! You can look till the cows come home but you can't find the epitome of good country cooking anywhere else. Live music takes place both inside by the beer tanks and on the outside stage. Sports show on the tv above the bar. “A nice brewery with a good Munich dunkel. The main seating area is what you might expect from a microbrewery. The rear patio seating however is in an alley in reminded me more of an employee break area. I mention this because we brought our dog and that's where dogs are supposed to sit unless they are service animals and the area needs to be improved to truly be a customer patio seating area. That outdoor seating area in back left me a little disappointed.“
