Literally went here and got simply a honey mustard wrap, I got a wrap with chicken absolutely no honey mustard a slice of cold cheese thrown on top and took me 20 minutes to get my food that’s was completely wrong absolutely ridiculous! Do better seriously!

Worst BK, order 2 simple meals. Took over 30 minutes. Somehow, still messed up the order by missing a fry. We arrived, and we were one of the only car in the drive threw. We got to the pay window where they took payment and went missing for the 30 minutes. Had cars lined up behind us. Wasn't busy at first, but then the placed filled up as soon as employees decided to hide in the back and avoid people. Only person that ended up coming to the front was a women on her cell having a personal call. Unfortunately, going here a couple times, at different times of the day, it's always the same.

This has to be the absolute worst BK I have ever been to in my life. I first stopped in about 4-5 weeks ago while in town. Line at drive-thru was very long so decided to go inside. There were employees just standing around doing nothing. Took forever to place my order. Food was lukewarm and ended up making me sick. Left and only one car had gone through the drive-thru.Decided to give them another chance yesterday. 4 cars in drive-thru, but decided to get in line. Could not understand one word of the girl at the DT speaker. She gave me total, but couldn’t understand what she said. Pulled on around and waited. Finally got to the window and girl just reached her hand out without saying anything. I asked her what the total was because I could not understand her through the speaker. She told me and I handed her a $20 all the while carrying on some conversation with co-worker. Did also notice employees just standing around inside.Girl handed me back my change. I dropped the coins because I didn’t know they were there because she put them in the middle of the bills. No apology. No nothing from the girl. Hands me my bag and says nothing.Icee was so small and way overpriced for the size. Double cheeseburger was lukewarm (again) and bun looked and tasted like it had been re-heated several times over.Again, this has to be the absolute worst BK I have ever been to. I would not recommend the BK in Farmville, NC to anyone.

First I placed my order and waited in line for about 15mins before I received my order. On top of that I ordered 2 whopper Jr w/cheese and 2 rodeo burgers and more items. My whopper Jrs had regular hamburger patties on them the restaurant didn't use the correct meat on the sandwich.
