I've experienced the most unprofessional service ever here. I waited 15 minutes in line to get to the register and pay just for the cashier to take my cash then tell me that they didn't have change and I'd just have to be a dollar short then...when I demanded my change she walked away and rolled her eyes and said you will just have to wait while getting the manager. I waited for the manager just for her to tell me that I'd just have to get all my money back but will not get my food after making it.

This place looks DISGUSTING! Not to mention they never have the vinegar sauce, meat etc. they are always out of something and they don’t tell you until you ask instead of letting you know before you began to order

The line was long, when we went to order the worker wouldn't look either of us in the eye and kept mumbling to himself. He didn't talk very loud either so it was hard to order. He didn't properly fold the burritos so they kept falling apart the whole time you were trying to eat them. When we went to sit down with our food we noticed that the restaurant was messy. There's a lot of food and crumbs on the floor as well as the tables. A worker lazily sprayed two of the tables and wiped everything onto the floor. He never came back to sweep it up or anything and he just seemed like he hated being here. The food itself tasted fine but because of the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the restaurant, we won't be coming back here.

Service was great. I ordered online and got got it 4 minute after the 4:50pm. Apparently it was made so fast that it was cold some how. Atmosphere was a Friday and still had the options for only a 30 minute wait. The food (incomparison) wasn't a "bountiful" and the Chipotle on Raeford. If you want your money's worth I would just spend the additional 10 mins to go up the road but if you need a snack for the same price as over advertised then stop here....also I got a raw pepper, way too much red sauce in comparison to the green and very little protein; heavily over proportioned.

I ordered a quesadilla with white rice, sour cream, and the corn salsa for delivery when I got the delivery, the corn salsa was still frozen. The quesadilla itself was good, but was disappointed about the frozen corn salsa.

When I say I had the worst experience I mean it. I wasn’t even going to write a review I was really going to go up there but i knew I shouldn’t come up there and show out how I want too. My food was not done correctly at all and it was rushed because im guessing it was closing hours?? I tried to call but it’s only like the machine talking
The people on shift tonight are in for a rude awakening. You all need a lesson on how to treat people. Throwing whatever you want on someone’s food is not in the job description I am sure. You should be careful who you are disrespectful to because you never know who they are in touch with

After waiting on a line for almost 30 minutes with only one person serving food. Then 5 employees come to the serving line and started to rush everything on the plates, almost throwing your food on the plates. I told the to stop and let me order my food without rushing me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN. I love Chipotle but they lost my business!!!!
