I love to have lunch at this Jersey Mike’s on Boone Trail. Everyone is nice and friendly. The food is fresh and Tina makes a beautiful Veggie salad!

We ordered 38 box lunches for a wedding party lunch. When we arrived they were finishing the order so we knew everything was made fresh this morning. Lovely staff and the owner was right there with them completing our order. Excellent customer service.
Acting Manager caught attitude when she failed to prepare our order correctly. Very immature and unprofessional argued with us on what we ordered. Then when we received our large cups they were leaking, to which the staff replied Management had been informed said all cups that size were leaking and basically was blowing us off. The so called acting Manager asked us to leave because we were questioning why leaking cups were being given out.

I order online and came into the store to pick my order up.I customized my order with NO ONIONS.and was told because I choose Mike's way I should have said no raw/grilled onions.I stated that because I clearly marked no onions my order should be replaced.asked for 1800 and was denied asked for the manger was told I was speaking with the manger asked for her name and she refused to give me that also.Almost 70.00 dollars was spent and was treated as though I was wrong.When she could have easily replaced my order.

The food was good but the customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially (I guess she's a manager,the slim white older female with the loud voice) and several others that have an attitude. When she's not there, it's fine. Almost every time I'm there,I see a new face.I wonder why.It's about to be at the point my blood starts simmering when I have to deal with her. Good food but it would be nice to see her gone!!
The lady who takes out curbside pick up orders is so rude! She seems like she doesn’t like her job. She did not say a single word to me when handing me my order after she gave me my order I said thank you and she was very rude. I wish I knew her name cause she literally was just awful. Please work on your employees

My third time ordering from here! I usually order from Hope mills rd but when I request delivery they automatically send my order to this location for some reason and I hate it! The sandwich(#13) is always sloppy and thrown together. I never finish half of it because of how poorly it’s made and makes me think that something was done to it. Would not recommend EVER! Not to mention I placed a delivery order and when my order arrived the chips were missing not sure if that was because of my dasher or the restaurant but I’ve received my chips before so I called and the lady said she would put my name on a list so that when I order next time I would get the chips as well as a 10% discount. My very next order I informed the manager what was told to me and she told me I only have two weeks ( which was NEVER mentioned before) to place an order to get the chips I ALREADY PAID FOR. Complete disregard and bad customer service. 0/10

She even brought me out my sandwich and took my payment because I had two sleeping babies in the car. Very understanding and great customer service! Will be coming again. The second time they got my order wrong. The first time they didn't add Chipotle. Mayonnaise to my Chipotle Sandwich. And now today I ordered a steak and chicken sub. But they made them both steak and then when I called. Some ignorant person keeps hanging up on me. I haven't even made a complaint. All I said was my order was wrong and they hung up.
