Fantastic meal! Four of us had such a great dinner here tonight. We started with seaweed salad and calamari, both of which were fresh and excellent. The miso soup was delicious. We all enjoyed quite a variety of fare from chef's choice sashimi to specialty rolls. Wow! Even though we ordered separately, we ended up sharing because it was all so good. Even the mixed drinks were really good. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is clean and the service was superior. Our server was Sharee and she went above and beyond, in our opinion. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend.

If you want a decent sushi restaurant and deal with the annoyance of the places around Skiibo, this is the place to go. They have hibachi as well if you want that experience. Priced the same as pretty much anywhere else. If you're into sushi and haven't been here, it's worth a trip for lunch or dinner.

The ONLY reason I gave one star even, is because the gyoza was decent. It was crispy and had a good amount of filling. They were out of the sauce for it though which I was told on the phone and opted for soy sauce instead. I called the entire order in: steak hibachi(medium well), no veggies extra rice. It was supposed to come with soup and salad, I didn't receive either. I sent my husband to pick it up. He said when he got there the lady was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He said she handed him the receipt and a pen and didn't say anything, so he signs it and asks if she needed it back or if that was his copy. He said she literally didn't even respond to his question she just stared at him... piss poor customer service. Now onto the food. I attached pics of what I received minus the gyoza we did eat that bc it was good. The steak and rice had NO flavor at all. I don't think they put any seasoning on any of it. And the steak portion is SMALL. I've never had takeout hibachi where at least the top two holes aren't full of whatever meat you order. This place only gives you one and half of it isn't even bite sized pieces. This looks like a portion I'd give my toddler not a full grown adult who paid $20 for it. My entire meal was over $25 tax and all. We won't be back and I suggest anyone else save you money.

Food was good. Cook was good. Our server Angie absolutely sucked! Had to wait forever for ONE refill...never saw her again. Asked for chopsticks... still waiting (and we already left the restaurant)... AND she gave herself a 15% tip!!! She wasn't worth 5%!!! We were a small party! Unfortunately having her as a server has ruined Mikotos for us!

The food was good and service a bit slow but watch your receipt. I wish I saw what others on here stating what I found out after the fact that they automatically include a 15% gratuity but yet have on the receipt a spot to add a tip. Well after we left my daughter brought to my attention their fine print on gratuity in the menu so it is very deceptive what they are doing to get more money out of people. That kind of business sours me in going back again, regardless of how good the food was.

Upon arrival we just stood by the door waiting to be greeted by a young lady whom barely looked up at us because she was on FaceTime with whomever !! We were seated by the kitchen door when there was plenty of other seats so we moved ourselves to the other side of the table to get a-little more comfortable. As we waited for the rest of the table to fill up we ordered some drinks. A jack and coke was ordered and unfortunately it was more coke than there was jack so I asked if I could get another drink the one that came back over was even more watered down so I just drank it to not make a big deal. But after drinking half way thru I asked if she would mind telling the bartender to make it alittle stronger the next time around . The bartender must have not liked being called out so she came over and spoke to me with an attitude which I wasn't to happy about and asked to speak to a manager at that point the manager came over and instead of listening to what I had to stay he got super defensive and stated they serve clean LG and if I had a problem with my drink I should have drank it half way before saying anything. I stated to him I wasn't trying to complain and at that point he stated I don't have to return. As a manger he was super unprofessional and extremely rude. He should have focused less on attacking me and my company and focused on how his restaurant was being run. The bartender is terrible and the hostess was straight trash I will never again walk into this place because it was not worth the money that was spent here . The only good thing that came from this was meeting the chef TJ he was very funny and made the best of the situation as uncomfortable as it got between the staff and my guest. I do not recommend this place to anyone who appreciates some good service !!

Back when they were first built their food was absolutely wonderful, but in recent years the quality of their food has gone down tremendously. I would recommend if you are looking for a place with good service and food but I wouldn't recommend anything with their chicken.

Soup was served cold. Prepared salads were not fresh, rice was overcooked. Green vegetables were soggy. For a restaurant so highly rated to be so bad was unconceivable. We will never go back there.

I wish I could not select a star at all. The service horrible. The owner HORRIBLE,lacked compassion, rude, unkept, not wearing a mask while out on the floor and interacting with customers. ATTEMPTED TO Visit for my daughters birthday. After driving a hour away, I was told there was a 20-30 min wait. I waited in the restaurant for 15mins before asking could I go to the school right up the street. I was told by a hostess that I had time on my reservation to leave and come back. I stayed at the store for 10mins and a two minute drive back. When I returned the hostess let’s me know they have given my table away. When requested a manager, the manager comes over with no mask and tells me there is a hour and a half wait for another chef. There is no compassion for the hostess giving the table away. There is no accountability for the hostess giving away the table. The manager/(owner) never once apologized rather criticized how upset I was in front of my daughter. I’m beyond upset and disgusted with the service and accountability of the Staff and “OWNER”. The female manager would not even let me speak to “Wayne” who she said was the part owner. She stated he doesn’t come out the back to talk to customers. This establishment will never get a recommendations or anything concerning my business. I do not recommend nor would I ever do business of the sort. My daughter now on a school night ate Chick-fil-A and wasted the rest of her birthday night as well as the travel time. I hope they get better management and training for each associate. *upon arrival I also told the first hostess my name and she listed me as Friend instead of my name so confusing that the second hostess did not even know I had even checked in before I asked to leave*** Manager never offered an apology or empathy at all to my 11yr old.

Food is good, no complaints there. My only complaint is that they add gratuity to pickup orders, don't show it on the receipt or inform you, then leave a blank spot to tip. Kinnda shady business practice if you ask me. I've spent the last two years tipping twice. Shane on me for just now figuring that out, but also crappy on them for being deceitful.
