I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in forever. The staff was so pleasant. Cherika waited on us and handled the bar. She was so wonderful. Salad bar was great (clean, fresh and yummy).Pork Chops were to die for.I will visit again when in the area. So many places have lost the customer service aspect. Not here! GREAT JOB!

First off light will just start with this place had security which gave us a feeling of safeness that they care about their customers safety. Steaks were old and overcooked. My baked potato was tougher than shoe leather, and ice cold. The only saving grace was our waitress. After driving 14 hour from NY, we stop by in this restaurant, from the bet was the worst experience, first the host didn’t about didn’t attend us good, second when the server show up she didn’t present herself, also was with actitud, we was waiting almost a hour to get our food, the server didn’t refilled our drink, then we the food arrive the server threw the ketchup on me. I don’t recommend and honestly was my first time in this place and brand.We left without eat our food, I was very upset, and this lady need learn what mean F&B service.Horrible.
